I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms ranged from very small and poorly located to a huge, beautiful suite. The service was friendly but lacked the luxury expected from a 5-star hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city of Toledo. The dining options were decent but could be more enticing. The facilities were adequate but didn't offer the expected level of luxury.
