Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms ranged from very small and poorly located to a huge, beautiful suite. The service was friendly but lacked the luxury expected from a 5-star hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city of Toledo. The dining options were decent but could be more enticing. The facilities were adequate but didn't offer the expected level of luxury.
The hotel rooms were large, well-lit, and incredibly comfortable, with a fabulous bathroom that added to the cozy and quiet ambiance. However, we were surprised by the lack of parking information, resulting in unexpected charges for parking in a public car park.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, basic, and comfortable with all the necessary facilities, though there was a bit of street noise at times. The service was really helpful, from recommending places to eat to making bookings for us. The location was ideal for visiting most of the must-see tourist attractions, and the dining experience was perfect with friendly waiters and a good range of food.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms, though slightly dated, were incredibly comfortable with a really big bed. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff at every corner. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old city. Dining was a mixed bag, but the overall experience was fantastic.
The hotel is tucked into a quiet spot in the old town of Toledo, with great amenities but a bit of noise from the alleyways in the evenings. The room was small but well-equipped, though the parking situation was unclear, and there was a charge for using the public car park.
The hotel had stunning rooms with high ceilings, arched windows, and comfortable beds, although there was a faint smell of pipes. The service was top-notch, with helpful and pleasant staff, easy check-in, and attentive housekeeping. The location was excellent, close to the highlights of Toledo while being quiet. Dining was very enjoyable, offering a special spread instead of a buffet. A beautiful and comfortable lobby added to the overall experience at great value.
